REQUIEM 2019

Co-directed by Rutger Hauer and Sil van der Woerd, Requiem 2019 is a poignant environmental film produced by Radiator Film and Studio Birthplace. Created as a tribute to the Sea Shepherd Conservation Society, the film depicts a final encounter between the last surviving blue whale and its only enemy—mankind. Captured on RED with Lomo Anamorphics, the cinematography blends atmospheric live-action with high-end visual effects to deliver a message on extinction.
